Two Neptune Drive was built in 2001 to give active seniors an independent housing option where they could enjoy freedom, flexibility and daily social engagement without personal care services.

From the beginning, Two Neptune Drive has been guided by a mission to help older adults live well. The building is fully accessible and designed to make moving around easy for all residents. Thanks to a transformational legacy gift, residents can make use of a full compliment of social, cultural and wellness activities to help them stay connected and engaged.

Today, Two Neptune Drive is a rental residence that is managed by Baycrest Residential Properties. It was originally structured as a life lease property but is now in the process of being converted into a rental building. Since 2014, 80 per cent of suites have been converted to rental units.
