At Two Neptune Drive, independent living means that you live in your own apartment and arrange for all of your day-to-day needs. We offer rental suites with condo-style amenities that make daily living easy and convenient.

Two Neptune Drive is for seniors 65+ who are active, independent and looking for a social, low-maintenance lifestyle. The building does not provide any personal care or services.

Two Neptune Drive is for active independent seniors. Personal and medical care services are not provided, and there is no meal service.

We offer one- and two-bedroom suites in a variety of layouts and sizes. Each suite includes a full kitchen, in-suite laundry and safety features like grab bars and smoke alarms.

Yes, Two Neptune Drive is a pet-friendly building that allows residents to enjoy the companionship of a small pet.

Two Neptune Drive has condo-style amenities, including a fully equipped gym, social and recreation spaces, a curated library, landscaped outdoor areas, secure parking, 24/7 security and a range of included programs and activities.

Yes, the building has a Sabbath elevator to allow residents who observe Shabbat and holidays to move easily between floors.

Yes, there is a full calendar of programs and activities including fitness classes, cultural events, guest speakers and social gatherings. Residents can participate as much or as little as they like.

Family and friends are always welcome to visit residents in their suites or in common areas. We also have a guest suite that can be rented for comfortable overnight stays.

Availability at Two Neptune Drive varies. While there are often suites available, at times there may be a waitlist depending on the suite type and demand. Please contact us to learn about our current availability.

Suite pricing is based on current market rates and varies depending on the size and layout of the unit. Two Neptune Drive is not subsidized housing.
