Two Neptune Drive has always been more than just a place to live. It is a community filled with warmth and connection where neighbours quickly become friends.

The building is named the Reuben Cipin Healthy Living Community in honour of a former resident who was an active leader in the building.

Reuben Cipin was known for his kindness, humour and ability to bring people together. As the first president of the Resident’s Council, he helped to create the welcoming and connected community that still exists today.

In 2004, Marla and Aubrey Dan made a generous gift in honour of Marla’s father, Reuben Cipin. This endowment was established to ensure residents would continue to enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. It still supports a wide range of resident programs today, including fitness classes, lectures, cultural events and social activities.

Today, these programs remain a central part of life at Two Neptune Drive. By helping our community stay active, engaged and connected, they carry forward the Reuben’s community spirit.
